The Hunter Dee with Thick Hollow Mouth Snaffle by Korsteel is a single jointed snaffle with traditional larger dee rings for a stylish look in the show ring. This Hollow Mouth Hunter Dee is made with a markedly thicker and therefore softer mouthpiece. The single jointed snaffle applies pressure to the sides of the tongue, bars and lips. When pressure is applied to the bit, it tightens in the horse’s mouth applying greater pressure and raising the center joint to the roof of the mouth. Dee ring cheeks help to keep the bit in a stable position and can aid in turning. Made with stainless steel.
